Guys Choice was a star-studded award show born from Spike’s early male-centric branding, that eventually evolved into the year’s wildest night out celebrating iconic entertainers, athletes, and fan-favorite films.

The year Terrence and Taraji hosted, we had limited production resources so my creative approach was simple: Small space. Big energy.

We leaned into the playful antagonistic banter they shared on Empire, weaving it through Guys Choice wonderfully ridiculous award categories like Biggest Ass Kicker and Guy of The Year. 

These spots won zero awards and that’s okay. We had a hell of a good time making them.
