The concept of tattoos haunted by recurring nightmares that deep down inside they’re actually somebody else was our way into cover up tattoos. The VO artist pronounced “Charlene” with a hard ‘C’ — a happy accident that, according to extensive focus group testing, made the spot 11.5% funnier. Just kidding. We absolutely did not test these spots.
