Bold, beautiful tattoo characters haunted by recurring nightmares that they’re actually somebody else was our way into cover up tattoos. During the VO session, the VO artist pronounced “Charlene” with a hard ‘C’ — a happy accident that, according to extensive focus group testing, made the spot 11.5% funnier. Just kidding. We absolutely did not test these spots.
